The BSP ENC Security Fence is a high-performance perimeter security fencing system designed to deter climbing and unauthorized access. Featuring three interchangeable topper styles, the fence creates an effective anti-scaling barrier without compromising structural integrity.
Each topper is secured to the support members using break-away nuts and anti-pry bolts for added tamper resistance. If damage occurs, individual topper components can be replaced quickly, eliminating the need to remove or replace entire fence sections. As a non conductive fence system, the ENC fence is ideal for facilities requiring reliable, high-security perimeter protection with simplified maintenance.

BSP’s ENC Security Fence is a purpose-built non conductive fence system engineered for critical infrastructure environments where safety, durability, and regulatory compliance are essential. Constructed entirely from non-magnetic, fire retardant security fence composite materials that are highly corrosion-resistant, the ENC perimeter fence delivers long-term performance without the risks associated with conductive fencing.
The system requires no hot work, welding, or overhead crane permits. Lightweight materials allow for easy hand transport and faster installation, significantly reducing labor, tooling, and project downtime. With minimal ongoing maintenance required, the ENC fence helps lower total lifecycle costs while maintaining a high level of perimeter protection.

Designed to support utility and telecommunication infrastructure, the high security ENC fence helps harden and fortify sites while meeting FERC and NERC regulatory requirements. The system is engineered to withstand hurricane wind speeds up to 155 mph, in accordance with ASCE 7-10 requirements.
Certified laboratories conduct flash-over voltage testing on every production batch to verify zero electrical conductivity, with performance validated from a minimum of 138,000 volts up to 650,000 volts. BSP’s composite materials comply with IEEE grounding requirements, meaning no additional grounding is required.
Panels and posts are available in multiple sizes, thicknesses, colors, and strength configurations, allowing the anti-climb security fencing system to be tailored to specific project requirements while delivering reliable high security fencing performance.
