SecureMesh is built on 358 mesh: a 3″ × 0.5″ aperture so tight it denies finger- and toe-holds, welded at every intersection so it resists bolt-cutters and grinders far better than bolted or chain-link systems. The result is a barrier that is genuinely hard to climb and hard to cut — the two things that actually matter at the fence line.
And unlike the diversified fence giants, manufacturing high-security perimeter is all BSP does. That focus means dedicated capacity, shorter lead times, and pricing that tracks real steel and process cost — not thousand-SKU catalog overhead.

SecureMesh Integrated combines the anti-climb mesh line with BSP’s crashrated passive cable barrier — one system that stops the climber and the 15,000-lb truck, from one manufacturer, under one warranty.
The barrier is crash-tested to ASTM F2656 at both the M30 and M50 levels, each at P1 and P2 penetration ratings, by accredited crash labs — and every one is listed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Protective Design Center on the DoD Anti-Ram Vehicle Barrier List, the same public list a federal specifier checks when qualifying a barrier. Tested configurations span up to 200 ft between anchors, sharply reducing foundations on long runs.

SecureMesh is hot-dip galvanized, then powder coated — a true duplex finish. The zinc protects sacrificially even where the coating is later scratched; the powder coat seals the zinc and carries the color.
Panels run an 11-stage pretreatment and coating line. Cleaning, rinse and phosphate stages strip the salts and conductivity that make coatings fail from underneath; a base coat is cured before the top coat is applied electrostatically and cured again.
The result is a finish built to hold its own through the full 20-year durability and weathering warranty — in coastal, industrial and high-UV environments alike.
